2. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate information and all necessary documents for translation.
- Document Ownership: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all materials provided for translation.
- Compliance: Clients must ensure that the content provided does not violate any laws or regulations.
3. Copyright and Ownership
- Original Documents: The original documents remain the property of the client.
- Translated Documents: Al Muwaz retains the copyright of the translated documents unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and materials received during the translation process. All staff and translators are bound by non-disclosure agreements to protect your privacy.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as flexible payment solutions through Tabby and Tamara. For secure transactions.
- Due Dates: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service requests within a specified period for a full or partial refund, as agreed upon at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Al Muwaz is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of translated materials. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the services provided by Al Muwaz will be resolved through arbitration or in a court located in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with UAE laws.
9. Amendments
Al Muwaz reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
